Is there a minimum order volume?
No minimum order. We sell by the bundle, not by the individual batt, and for large volumes pricing adjusts with quantity: contact us.
What are your delivery lead times?
For in-stock products, expect 24 to 48 hours within our service area. Large orders shipped directly from the supplier take about a week. Tell us your required-by date when you contact us and we will coordinate with your construction schedule.
What is your service area?
We serve all of Quebec. If your jobsite is in a more remote region, contact us: we assess every request.
Can we pick up material at your warehouse?
Yes, same-day pickup is available at our warehouses, including 978 rue Parent, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mention it when you contact us.
Can we rent an insulation blowing machine?
Yes. Contractors can rent our insulation blower right at our warehouse at 978 rue Parent, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. The rental is set up in 5 minutes on site: drop by, we get you equipped, and you leave with the machine and your bundles. Mention it when you contact us.
What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused bundles may be returned within 15 days. Contact us before any return.
Do you distribute anything other than batt insulation?
Our range currently focuses on Owens Corning ProPINK fiberglass batt insulation and sealants. We plan to expand it: caulking, insulation boards for walls, urethane and possibly roofing products. A specific need? Tell us about it.
